  1. I am poor in English ? Can I really improve my English after joining English Center ?
    If you know your limitations then you are intelligent and not ignorant. A really intelligent and confident person does not hide ignorance but seeks help openly. Our English Language courses are meant for people like you who have the drive to improve their skills and we provide them the required support in every possible way to become successful in their aim. When you are new you do not know the basics. There is nothing surprising in that. You will soon learn and in that process we are there to render support to you.
     
  2. I am a Malayali . I wish to start my Career in BPO. I am quite fluent in English but my main stumbling block is my regional accent. Can you help me out in this regard ?
    Yes, of course we can . Our Accent Training Course will help you to pick up the neutral accent that is extremely essential in a Call Centre Career. You need not have to speak like an American for a call centre career ; if you can pick up a neutral accent that will suffice.
     
  3. After I do your course, can I get a job ? Will you help me in getting me a job?
    Yes we will render all possible support to you in getting a suitable career opening. However, please remember one thing - no one will not handover a job to you on a platter. You have to earn your placement. You have to work hard, learn the course thoroughly and show initiative and enthusiasm. We are always there to provide you assistance .
     
  4. Your fees are low. Will there be any other expenditure for course materials etc. ?
    Yes we do charge a low fee as our courses are meant for middle class people and at the same time we ensure the highest quality training. Our training fees and course materials ( books and CDs) charges are mentioned separately. There are no other costs.
     
  5. What are the courses you offer at present ?
    At present we are offering the following courses .
    a) Fluent English Courses which comprise of Basic Level, Intermediate (Inter) Level, Advanced Level and Career English Level.
    b) Career Courses which comprise of Career Placement Course, Business English, IELTS / TOEFL, Accent Training & Call Centre Training.
    c) Combination Courses which comprise of Basic + Intermediate, Intermediate + Advance, Basic + Inter + Advance, Advance + Career English, Inter
    + Advance + Career English , Basic + Inter +Advance + Career English , Add on Accent Training with any course (18 hours )
    d) Foreign Language Courses which comprise of French , German & Japanese.
    e) Special Courses like Front office Course, Office Manager Course, Soft Skills Course , Workshops. We also have Corporate Training ( Training of Company Staff), Translation and Interpretation Services etc.
    We organize Teacher’s Training Programme.
     
  6. Do you provide Classroom Assignments ?
    As and when necessary your trainer will give you assignments to do. In the process of doing the assignment you can once again go through your class notes and find out whether you have any problem or not. In case you have any doubts you can always ask your trainer about your difficulties.
     
  7. Suppose I discontinue in the middle of the course shall I get the refund of the fees ?
    If you have to discontinue for unavoidable reasons, we will allow you to again join the course from the very beginning within a period of six months - free of all costs. Please retain the cash receipt till you rejoin.
     
  8. I am a foreigner, at present in India. I want to do a full course in English. Please provide me all the details. Do you provide accommodation ?
    You can join our six month course in English comprising of Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels . Classes are held six days a week (four hours every day). You will be able to speak, read and write English clearly and fluently at the end of the course. We do see to it that our students get good accommodation at a reasonable rate with all the amenities like cable connection, internet connection, refrigerator, cooking gas etc.
     
  9. Can I pay the fees in installments ? Can I give a Demand Draft or a cheque ?
    As fees for most of our courses are quite low students pay in full at the time of enrollment. For a few of the courses where the fees are relatively high we may allow paying in installments. You can pay by way of a draft or a local cheque payable in Bangalore . You can also pay in cash.
     
  10. I am a bit shy and have problem studying in a group. Please suggest what to do ?
    You are not alone. Quite a few of the students have this problem.
    We conduct private training (one to one training ) for the student(s) who have difficulty in studying in a group. Our trainers will give individualized attention and you can clarify your doubts without any hesitation. However, you have to pay extra for one to one training.
     
  11. I am not a student of your Institute. But I want to buy your books and CDs. Is it possible?
    Yes it is possible. In order to buy our books and CDs you do not have to be a student of the English Centre. Our books and CDs are available in all our Centres and in reputed book shops such as
    a) Sapna Book House at Gandhi Nagar
    b) Gangaram’s at M.G. Road

    In case you reside outside Bangalore you can order the books / CDs by email or by phone (080-23334128 / 23431746). However, you have to pay the extra postal or courier charges for the books to be delivered at your place.
     
  12. What is your USP ? or why shall I enroll in English Centre ?
    USP stands for Unique Selling Proposition. Our USP is to impart quality training to the students at a reasonable price. Our motto is not to tax our students but to give them the value for money. We are different from other institutes in that all our courses are job-oriented and are meant for improving your career prospects.
     
  13. Is there anything special that you do for the children ?
    Yes every year we organize Summer Camps for the school children.
     
  14. Do you provide discount ?
    When you enroll for more than one level you get a discount. For details please write to us at info@englishindia.com or talk to our Centre Managers.
     
  15. Do you provide any Certificate after the completion of the course ?
    Yes we do provide the certificates if the candidates ask for it. For that the candidates have to undergo a certification test and have to pay Rs. 50/- extra for the certificate.
     
  16. If I want to take your Franchisee what is the procedure ?
